Tree Care Contractors
Craig's experience of working with trees dates back to his
apprenticeship as a forestry worker in 1996, with his tree
surgery career beginning in 2003. He is now the holder of
the most recently introduced academic Arboricultural
qualification the Dip Arb L4 (ABC) - Diploma in
Arboriculture, and Professional Tree Inspection (PTI)
qualification (LANTRA). Other qualifications include the
Royal Forestry Society Certificate in Arboriculture. Craig’s
team of Tree Surgeons and Arborists have worked with
trees across the world and all hold the relevant certificates
in their field and bring a vast amount of experience. It is
this experience and dedication to the industry that gives us
the confidence to say that we are experts in the field of
Tree Surgery, Arboriculture and Woodland Management.

CRAiG Tree Services was established in 2008, by Craig Fergus-Jones, with 3 main aims: • Provide Tree Surgery / Tree Care / Consultancy Services to the highest possible standards • Demonstrate excellence in our field whilst providing our customers will great value for money • Ensure our actions have the absolute minimum impact on the environment We specialise in Tree Surgery contracting, Tree Care, Tree Inspections, Arboricultural consultancy and Woodland management. We ensure all contracting works are carried out as safely as possible. We have the experience and expertise to carry out any tree works required, and as you would expect we hold all relevant insurances to go alongside our extensive Health & Safety policies and procedures. CRAiG Tree Services are: "Arboricultural Association Approved Contractors" (ArbAC), "CHAS Accredited", "SafeContractor" accredited contractors and are currently working towards ISO 9001 Accreditation.

Consultancy Services
Our client base is growing rapidly in this area with Local
Authorities, Government organisations, Commercial
organisations and land-owners amongst those seeing the
benefits of using CRAiG Tree Services to help fulfil their tree
management needs. We undertake Tree inspections, provide
Tree reports, carry out Tree surveys to accompany Planning
Applications and produce Management Plans as part of our
service. We take on the role of agent for clients where
required to deal with their tree matters.
We provide our services to homeowners and large
commercial organisations alike, with all our customers
receiving the highest standards of service.
All of our work is carried out in accordance with the British
Standard - BS3998 2010: Tree Work Recommendations,
wherever possible. We routinely attend training events to
ensure we are working at the cutting edge of our industry.
